In Wolfville, Nova Scotia, inclusion is coming to life!
Through the collaboration of L’Arche Homefires, the Town of Wolfville, and the local business community, an initiative is being launched to open the job market to adults with intellectual disabilities. Together, these partners are reimagining the business world to be more inclusive, grounded in shared values of accessibility and diversity.
This project brings different talents together to build a community where everyone can contribute and truly belong.
Anna MacDonald, 21, says she’s excited about having a job because she can meet more people in her community.
Together, they are moving inclusion forward.
