Accessible Canada Act passed third reading

On November 27, 2018, Bill C-81, the proposed Accessible Canada Act, passed third reading in the House of Commons. Bill C-81 now moves on to the Senate. The Senate is the last chance to push for meaningful changes. L’Arche Canada has joined the Federal Accessibility Legislation Alliance (FALA) and supports its recommended changes.
