Welcome to Fiona Williams

Fiona is a social worker, writer, and consultant whose career has focused on community development around access to safe, accessible, and affordable housing. With 13 years experience as a leader in the Fredericton not-for-profit sector, her work has included the coordination of a community group on housing and homelessness, the development of a new affordable housing facility, management of not-for-profit organizations, and front-line work with individuals accessing support services. Holding a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Social Work from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Fiona has worked in Ontario, England and New Brunswick. Proud to be part of the team, she brings her love of people's stories and experiences to the L'Arche community.
